Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of HydroFit Quest. By using the app, you agree to use it responsibly and understand that its hydration guidance is informational.

Wellness information

HydroFit provides general wellness and habit-building information. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or replace a doctor, coach, parent, or emergency service. Hydration needs vary. Do not rapidly consume excessive water, and seek qualified medical help for symptoms or urgent concerns.

Accounts and age

Core guest features may be used without an account. Users who create a cloud account must provide accurate account information and protect their credentials. Users under 16 must have permission from a parent or guardian and complete the permission step presented during signup. Additional verified-consent steps may apply before public launch or in particular locations.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate others, submit unlawful content, manipulate leagues or rewards, or use the service to harm another person. League creators are responsible for appropriate names and invitations.

HydroFit Pro

HydroFit Pro is planned as a $4.99 monthly auto-renewing subscription, subject to local pricing. Purchases will be billed by Apple or Google and will renew until cancelled through the user's store account. The store's billing, cancellation, refund, and family-sharing rules apply. HydroCoins are not money, cannot be purchased or transferred, and unlock digital cosmetics only.

Availability and changes

Features may change as HydroFit develops. We may suspend access needed to protect users, comply with law, or maintain the service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with a new effective date.

Ownership

HydroFit Quest, its branding, interface, software, and original content are owned by HydroFit or its licensors. These terms grant a personal, limited, revocable right to use the app; they do not transfer ownership.
